As a Waterproof Plywood Supplier, share with you. During the use of daily building templates on the construction site, the deformation of building templates has always been a problem that plagued builders. In addition to paying attention to the quality of products when purchasing building templates, more attention should be paid to the protection during normal use. Plywood is a three-layer or multi-layer plate-like material that is formed by rotating a section of wood into veneer or planed into thin wood and then glued with an adhesive. Usually, an odd number of veneer is used, and the adjacent layer of veneer is used. The fibers are glued perpendicular to each other.

Plywood is one of the commonly used materials for furniture. It is one of the three major wood-based panels. It can also be used for airplanes, ships, trains, automobiles, construction and packaging boxes. A group of veneers are usually formed by gluing the blanks perpendicular to each other according to the wood grain direction of the adjacent layers. Usually, the surface board and the inner layer boards are symmetrically arranged on both sides of the center layer or the board core.

1. During the use of the building template and its supporting system, the construction personnel must fully consider their own deadweight load and the lateral pressure generated by the concrete during pouring to ensure that the building template has sufficient bearing capacity when used , Must not be overloaded.

2. Beam bottom support. First, the distance must ensure that the concrete weight and construction load will not be deformed. If the bottom of the support is a mud foundation, it must be tamped firmly, a drainage ditch must be set up, and bedding and steel should be laid to ensure that the support does not collapse.

3. When assembling small steel molds, the connectors should be placed according to the regulations, and the spacing and specifications of the purlins and tension bolts should be set according to the design requirements.

4. If the beam and column building formwork adopts the clams, the spacing should be specified and the building formwork should be clamped, and its width is slightly smaller than the cross-sectional size. The upper part of the beam and wall building template must have temporary bracing heads to ensure the width of the beam and wall opening when pouring concrete.

5. When pouring concrete, it should be evenly symmetrical without cutting, and the pouring height should be strictly controlled, especially on both sides of the door and window opening building template, not only to ensure that the concrete is vibrated densely, but also to prevent excessive vibration caused by deformation of the building template.

6. For cast-in-place reinforced concrete beams and slabs with a span of not less than 4m, the building template should be arched according to the design requirements; when the design does not have specific requirements, the arch height should be 1/1000-3/1000 of the span.

7. When using wooden building templates and plywood building templates for construction, concrete should be poured in time after passing the acceptance to prevent the wooden building templates from being deformed by long-term exposure to rain and rain.
