What are the characteristics of plywood?

2. The plywood is laminated with multiple layers, so it is much cheaper than solid wood, but the plywood contains a large amount of glue, and if the edge banding treatment is not strict, it will increase the degree of pollution hazards.
3. Plywood is also called plywood, plywood, nine-plywood, multi-layer solid wood board. 4. The number of plywood layers is generally odd. Why is this? Odd-numbered layer principle: Because the structure of plywood is that the fiber directions of adjacent layers of veneer are perpendicular to each other, and must comply with the principle of symmetry, the total number of layers must be odd. In addition, when the even-numbered plywood is bent, the maximum horizontal shear stress acts on the glue layer instead of on the veneer, which easily damages the glue layer and reduces the strength of the plywood.
